“This was our second purchase of this wine cellar! We now have two, which is perfect for our “wine room!” It is easy to set up, and has plenty of storage space. It holds the temperature steady as well. We love it!”

“I’ve only had this cellar 2 weeks but already encountered a major problem: three of the shelves have failed and I’m concerned that others will too; and potentially destroy thousands of dollars of wine. Pros: Delivery and installation went well. Cools nicely. Controls are easy to use. The design of the racks with regard to spacing the bottles is great: it separates them horizontally so that the necks of opposing bottles can easily fit between them, and it better accommodates bottles of various diameters and shapes. Stacking vertically is also better than other cellars I own. Cons: I noticed the sliding racks were a bit unstable when empty, but I assumed it would be better when loaded. Unfortunately what has happened is two of the rack slides came apart and/or the attachment points to the cabinet are coming loose from one side. This caused racks and bottles to fall to the next level and take out a third rack. I’m contacting service now and can update this review once the problem is resolved.”

“Really find the shelves to be oddly designed. The bottles don't sit well within the metal bars and the back row and double stack don' fit well for capacity, stacked 2 high, the drawers barely open. Just confused why this design?”

“So far not impressed, might have been a mistake. It looks good and cooling is quiet and accurate. Capacity it not as advertised for burgundy bottles. First time pulled a couple of shelves out they fell out of the unit and haven’t been able to use or fix them. I reached out to sales dept who recommended the unit and was referred to the customer service team from which has yet to respond.”
