“Assembly was really simple and easy”

“I was quiet happy with my purchase, until last week, when one of the shelves fell onto a shelf below. Both shelves were inside the wine refrigerator, i.e. neither one of the 2 shelves had been pulled out. The shelf that fell had only 3 bottles of wine it, so it was not too heavy. The shelf below had 8 bottles of wine! Fortunately no bottles broke. However I am not able to figure out how to replace the shelf.”

“After I let the wine cellar sit for 3 days, I plugged it in and let it cool down, which worked perfectly. I then began loading bottles into it. I had two shelves that, once I stacked extra bottles on the bottom ones, the shelves collapsed on one side (both on the right side). These are not built sturdy at all! I had to unload bottles, taking it down to just one layer per shelf so I didn't experience the same thing with the rest of the shelves. No where near the 200 bottle capacity they claim. Would not recommend.”

“My first cellar broke. The shelves are not that sturdy. (And no I did not over fill) I used the diagram in the owners manual exactly. Had to replace the entire unit. They didn’t offer replacement parts. Second exact same unit if loud……. I would not purchase again .”

“Love my new wine cabinet. It is very quiet!! Maintains temperature exactly. Delivery & installation was very smooth. No complaints; but a suggestion. Instructions for cabinet say wait 24 hours before starting. Delivery crew said 48 hours so I won’t with what they said. I used to work for a company that was a DuPont (Freon) competitor. I understand the need to have the refrigerant settle. 48 hours seems excessive but you should just present one waiting time , not two.”

“This cooler has a real cheap feel to it. It has no side supports on the racks and feels like your wine bottle can just roll right off.”

“Attractive unit, installed well, which involved heaving this thing up about 22 stairs. Since I have mostly Bordeaux, I can maximize the storage. In the heat of summer this room is about 80 degrees, and the wine is about 3 degrees above temp (55). But tis is easy to correct for. So far, very happy with the product.”
