“I purchased two of these units around 18 months ago. About a month ago I noticed one side in one of the units wasn't cooling, the vacuum was still working fine however. Last week both sides of the other unit failed to cool below 62 degrees. I removed the back panel just to investigate and noticed quite a bit of dust build up on the fan and the condenser. After removing the visible dust from the back of both units they are back to functioning at 100% - cooling to expected temperatures. I thought the units were failing, when in fact, all they needed was a simple cleaning.”

“I've had two of these units now, with Wine Enthusiast sending me a new one after the first one didn't work. They both cool properly but the sealing never works consistently. Usually when I put a new bottle in I will get a seal, but when I put it back it makes the suction sound for a while and then eventually the lights just blink and it gives up trying to seal it. This is true across many different bottle types. I gave up trying to get a third unit and now use it as just a cooler, but this price point is much two high for a 2-bottle cooler. Save your money on this one.”

“Just doesn’t work like it should and very loud. Doesn’t seal the bottle well and the noise from the compressor constantly going off is distracting. Looks great, but would not recommend.”

“Acts more as a small wine refrigerator than wine preserver. Do not like it anywhere near as much are the Wine Art it replaced.”

“Great little wine preserver. Saves us $$ in capsules for the other methods, but doesn’t keep the wines as long. Great for a day on reds and 2-3 days on whites. As others have noted, it does make noise. We keep it in a separate room and it’s fine.”

“Functions as expected but unfortunately it’s a little loud — it has a constant hum. So I end up leaving it unplugged most of the time to avoid to constant background noise”
