“I’m very disappointed with this wine cooler and would not recommend it. The biggest issue is the noise. It is extremely loud, far louder than expected for a home wine cooler. Definitely not something you’d want in or near a living space. More importantly, it fails at its core purpose: maintaining two temperature zones. I purchased it specifically to store both white and red wines at their proper temperatures, but it struggles to hold either zone consistently. The temperatures fluctuate enough that I don’t trust it to properly store wine. Customer service made the experience even worse. When I tried to return it, responses took over a week each time, and instead of solutions I was repeatedly asked for videos and more “evidence.” After two months of back-and-forth with no real progress, I finally gave up. Now I’m left with a non-functioning wine cooler sitting in my garage. For the price and the advertised features, this has been a very frustrating purchase.”

“While the fridge is keeping the wine cold and it looks nice, the compressor is making a ton of noise (like bottles clanking). Have tried to contact customer support. The email address on the back of the manual doesn’t work (bounces back as undeliverable) and no one has returned my phone call in days.”

“So far so good setting the cool zone takes some time A little noisey when the machine is telling itself if it is cool enough or if it need to raise up a little to keep the numbers as should be Great size for my needs hope it keeps up keeping spirits high and cool”

“This is our SECOND 18 bottle WE unit; the first one failed at setup for unknown reasons. SO FAR, SO GOOD with 'all systems GO' in terms of doing what we ask/want/need for storing some of our 'fruits of the vine' ! Took a bit to make this "right", but we're satisfied and optimistic going forward. # # #”

“I've had it for almost 2 weeks. So far, I'm very pleased withe the wine cooler. I like the sleek look. Many have said it was loud - and I found that to be right at the first. Now, I only hear a slight noise when the compressor kicks on. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.”
