“This is the loudest appliance! It makes loud noises 24 hours a day. We can hear it from all parts of the house. The troubleshooting portion of the manual reads “this may be normal to maintain constant temperature during high temperature and humid days.” Our weather the last thirty days does not apply. This has been in my home leas than 30 days. I will be reaching out to WE.”

“Chills well, not as noisy as some people have said. Smart looking too! However, attaching the door handles was very very difficult as stated by others. Surprised they haven't figured out a way to ship with the handles already attached. It's only been two weeks but we are pleased.”

“As described with respect to capacity and bottle sizes (ideal for Bordeaux but not burgundy or champagne). Refrigerator is louder (high pitch along with the humming but high pitch is much more noticeable) than expected and runs fairly often.”

“I give one star because it cools. It continuosly cycles and is very noisy. The fans in each compartment come on briefly, shut off, then repeats until they turn on for a minute or so, compressor may start for a little bit and then the cycle repeats. This is NOT recommended.”

“The cooler does a great job of keeping steady temps. It’s the 1st of 3 that does that. It’s relatively quiet but does make an electrical “popping” noise a few times a day. Kind of scary but I like the cooler!”

“Everything as expected, with one exception….the handle installation. Two things: first the holes on the inside are hard to access. They are under the door seal which you really have to work to move out of the way while at the same time make sure not to damage. Second and much more annoying is the provided screws (4M x 35) are too short. A quick ride to the hardware store and $2.70 later, the 4M x 40 screws that I bought worked perfectly! If you aren’t comfortable working with tools, this might be a deal breaker for some.”

“We received the refrigerator and the compressor was extremely loud and made a static key sound like it was shorting out. I called Customer Care and after working with them for a little bit, they sent out a replacement, which is absolutely perfect. Thank you very much and love the refrigerator.”
