“As advertised, would prefer the wood not be laminated but it looks fine especially once it’s filled with wine. Assembly was pretty easy once you figured out the process.”

“This was almost a heartbreak for me as my expectation was a high quality product. The look is modern, colors are perfect for ym decor and once it arrived I had immediate buyers remorse. The instructions were beyond terrible- notall packages were marked and the paper instructions one pager with arrows insufficient to say the least which led to using the wrong screws in teh beginning causing larger hoels in 2 panels had to accomodate for that. The metal sides were bent and we had to bend tham back to try and straighten them out - really thin poor quality metal- the picture does not show how really thin the metal is- very cheap feel and far less quality for the price. My plan is to purhcase something else later that will be longer lasting. The return process is a nightmare and am traveling for work so it made more sense to keep it until I find something else far more substantial. Very Very disappointing. 2 stars only because it does hold a fair amount of wine would NOT recommend and will NOT purchase anything in the future.”

“Instructions were almost nonexistent, metal was warped so the top bowed from the bottom half causing the wood to not fit. terrible product which we have already replaced. Very unfortunate.”

“It's what we expected. Looks nice. As far as difficult on assembly, it was about a 5 on 1-10 scale. Figuring out shelving direction was hardest part. No instructions included.”

“First shipment had 3 out of 4 feet threaded wrong size for the pre-threaded rack. Customer service shipped me a new unit this time 1 out of 4 feet bolts were mismatch for the rack but the box included an extra insert for the rack with the correct size and threading, so I was able to remove the smaller (wrong) rack insert and replace with the correct insert and finish the assembly. Very happy with the rack now. Clearly there are quality control issues with production of this rack since similar issues from other buyers are listed multiple times on the website. Having said that, the customer service was excellent to resolve our issue.”

“The rack turns out great and is very good quality…the first rack was delivered without any hardware and was immediately replaced by WE. The second rack was delivered with incomplete hardware. My son and I found the hardware needed to complete the job online and after three weeks we are now finally complete.”

“The rack looks nice; however, the assembly instructions were not easy to follow. Wood pieces were not cut to the correct size, causing significant gaps between boards when assembled. One of the four screw inserts inside the legs is a smaller size than the others so we are unable to screw the feet into the bottom and are unable to level the rack. Customer service was helpful and friendly. They sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement has the same issues as the first rack we received, except that three of the feet don't fit on this new one. Very frustrating. Still waiting to hear back from customer service and hoping to get this issue resolved.”

“We rated this product one star because we haven't been able to assemble the product. Not all the taps at the bottom of the unit accommodate the foot screws sent. They are too small. We called, and WE sent another full unit. This has the same problem with the taps, and we still cannot assemble the unit. We called WE again and requested only the 2 pieces we needed. We also asked someone to manually check this product so that we're not sent the same pieces with taps that don't accommodate the foot screws. For customer service, I would give them a 5 star rating, as the technical people we spoke with tried to facilitate our issue, sending another unit, and asking for photos so that they could notify their vendor. Still waiting on the outcome. Some form of compensation would be good customer relations, since we can't assemble the unit. Good thing this wasn't a gift.”
