“It is very attractive and seems to be sturdy however the levelers are not too good. They don’t have enough grip and tend to fall out. I’d recommend this for looks and storage in a compact area. It does have to be secured to wall for safety”

“Found the rack on Pinterest listed a couple of times from wine enthusiast with different prices. I sent them a screen shot showing them they’re listed prices when I went to order and they just blew me off. The rack only comes in lighter wood color so I had to stain it to match the rest of my dining room furniture. Could have been built a little heavier but it should work for its purpose. First time dealing with this company because of the different prices listed I almost feel like a bait and switch. They did take down the lower priced listing but at least they could have given me the lower listed price for they’re failing to remove the wrong priced listing Just a common business practice for customers. That’s the reason for the lower rating”

“Really like this wine rack! Only downsides were the styrofoam packaging (it was messy and I would prefer something recyclable) and it wasn’t very easy to put together (directions were not up to par)… but ultimately we figured it out and it looks great! Fits perfectly in the space we had for it.”

“These wine racks are so versatile, that they Dan be used to hold more than just wine. I needed something slim that I could use to hold my liquor bottles that I use to make my fudge with. I live in a one bedroom apartment and these racks were the perfect solution. They went together pretty easily on my own. Some things to note: Just wish the screws that secured the wooden racks to the metal frame were provided in black, so as to match the frame better. Had to also hammer in one leg on piece “A” in order to get it to fit inside piece “B”. One of the top screws also broke off when tightening it up. For these reasons I didn’t give it a 5 star rating.”

“Very poor quality and value for the price paid. The engineering and product quality were not good. The rack looked and felt cheap. We disassembled the unit and returned it. We have been quite happy with other WE products, but it cost us $120 to return these racks which will likely prevent us from purchasing anything else.”

“The product is very attractive in the space we installed it. However, the construction of it was very difficult. Part of the instructions were missing, but were supplied when I called customer service. Assembling it was very awkward and I nearly gave up. Drawings were not as clear as they could be and it would be helpful to have written instructions. There were a couple of extra holes drilled in Part J that didn't belong there. When I tried to tighten one of the screws, the head broke off and left the remainder of the screw in the hole - no way of extracting it. Inserting the shelving unit into the outside frame was extremely difficult for one person to do alone. It turned okay, but I won't buy another product from this manufacturer.”
