“The customer service is great. This particular Metal & Wood Wine Rack is so poor, you shouldn't even think about buying it. It is about the quality of something you'd find at the Dollar Store. The joints didn't match, the screws were too short, the boards didn't meet - a total mess. Don't buy this. On the bright side, the customer service was great - just buy a different product!”

“Great aesthetic and wonderful capacity - I was able to fit 80 bottles, including several non-standard Pinot / CdP size bottles. Easy assembly. Highly recommend.”

“Looks really good. First I bought 2. A little crazy putting them together until you figure out which screws in which items. Then it is easy. Then I bought a 3rd one. They might hold 75 bottles if all the same size, and you never plan to choose the one on the bottom. Otherwise, give yourself room to shuffle bottles around. The racks are sturdy and look really good.”

“Love this wine rack. Very attractive design. Takes up very little floor space (when using 1 rack). Assembly was very straightforward, the instructions were very clear. Love it!”

“We love our new wine rack. Various reviews had us a little nervous about how it would go together. No issues. My husband and I teamed up and had it put together in no time. Solid unit. Looks really nice. If I had room, I would get a second one.”

“We love it! It takes a little bit of figuring out what sized bottles fit best so nothing slides out, but it's a beautiful addition to our wine storage. And the wood blends well with our current furniture. It fit perfectly between our love seat and bookshelves and allowed us to take some wine off the bookshelves too.”
