“Mixed review here. First of all, I ordered 1 Legacy corkscrew. Because the first one wouldn't clamp to the stand (the threads kept slipping). Wine Emthusiast promptly sent me a replacement. That one had the same problem. They promptly sent me a third one. And, once again, the same problem. They ended up refunding my me money. So, their vendor had a manufacturing problem, but Wine Enthusiast really stepped up. Hopefully, their vendor can fix their problem.”

“Had an issue with the first one but they quickly replaced it and this one works perfectly. The whole setup looks amazing and goes great with our wine bar decor. The functionality is so easy both to open and recork.”

“Replacement for older black legacy corkscrew, the mechanism that drove the original stopped working, jammed up and bent the screw. New Nickel one goes with the stainless wine cabinet. Works great.”
