I recommend the program to all HR Generalists. we are moving from Tech HR to work Tech and this is good foundation module.

This is a great course for CHRO / HR Heads wherein the company's are embarking or re-configuring their business strategy in the digital era. This course helps in understanding how to establish the key priorities where we need to invest the limited resources to align people with technology and data. The uniqueness of the course is understanding how to create and implement a digital strategy and how to choose digital tools that fit the company needs.

Any HR professional jumping onto the latest Digital trend That one must understand DIGITAL first, what does it mean (HINT: Not what you think), implications (HINT: Not just customer experience), who are you doing it for (HINT: Not HR) What makes it unique? Think of it like this. Even though it makes perfect sense, why th then is it so hard to implement the Ulrich 3-legged stool model of HR in HR? The answer, is probably the same reason why it took James Cameron about a decade before he would want to produce Avatar 2 i.e. Technology. I believe the time has come for the Ulrich model to shine.
