“I'm in the HR modernization program and dealing with different ideas/ concepts/ questions about HR digitalization, transformation, Future, etc. every day. Before joining this course almost all of them looked like a black box to me. However, I gained some good knowledge about the main concepts or at least where I can start studying and building my proposals. Also, I started understanding why cooperate strategy and aligning HR strategy with it are such important topics to consider. We in HR shouldn't work in vacuum. In addition the insightful lessons for implementing new HRIS from step 1 till Go-live were really useful. I was lucky to be a part of HR Core system project in my company. I was the most junior team member. Back then I went through so many of these steps without having any knowledge of why I'm doing these steps. Simply I was following my senior colleagues. However, now I have far better understanding toward those processes by going through these courses.”

“Very good course. Can be of interest to people new to the field as well as to people who are already much more experienced : not always the case (sometimes you might feel "too junior" or "too senior") but here was just right for any type of audience.”
