“Who would you recommend this course to (and why?) I would like to recommend this course to lecturers in HRM, consultants in HRM, IT specialists, business owners What did you learn? I learned the tendences in the work ( the future of work). I understood how to do a digital HR strategy. I understood what is design thinking and how I can use design thinking in human resource management. And I have learned what does it mean employee experience and why it is so important for the future of the organization. What makes this specific course unique? I think that this course is unique, because the course include really modern topics, which are very important for the future of human resource management and taking effective strategic decisions linked with them. The course is very good organized, logical and with balance between best HR theory and best HR practices . The form of the course (online) is wonderful for people who are very bussy.”
