“Any HR professional jumping onto the latest Digital trend That one must understand DIGITAL first, what does it mean (HINT: Not what you think), implications (HINT: Not just customer experience), who are you doing it for (HINT: Not HR) What makes it unique? Think of it like this. Even though it makes perfect sense, why th then is it so hard to implement the Ulrich 3-legged stool model of HR in HR? The answer, is probably the same reason why it took James Cameron about a decade before he would want to produce Avatar 2 i.e. Technology. I believe the time has come for the Ulrich model to shine.”
