“I truly appreciated this DEI course for its wide selection of topics, covering everything from foundational principles and positive diversity research to practical tools for inclusive leadership and sustaining programs. The modules on cultural dimensions, bias vs. disadvantage, and real-world interviews provided valuable, actionable insights I can apply at my work. That said, as a neurodivergent learner, I would have benefited from an even more diverse group of specialist presenters representing varied perspectives and neurotypes. Not to mention more content related to neurodiversity at work. While the content was strong, some facilitators could be more engaging - Risha Grant stood out as particularly dynamic and effective for me. Overall, a solid program that deepened my DEI expertise!”
