“I really enjoyed this course. It took me longer than i wanted to complete it, but i got there! I used the Cornell notes method, for capturing notes whilst watching the videos, and this was reallyhelpful for familiarising myself with the key concepts for the exam. I have incorporated a lot of the learning into my day to day work as a Global HRBP over the last 12 months.”

“Overall, I found this to be a very well done and comprehensive program. It deployed multiple modalities for both explaining and reinforcing the content which I really liked and the final exam was thorough, challenging and well written to evaluate the content. I will say that the case study on dilemmas was a big head scratcher and the overall capstone on culture could be difficult for many participants to complete given the robust nature of the assignment, so I would say that there is room for improvement there. That said, a valuable learning experience and I will certainly return to my notes/resources and I intend on completing more certifications through AIHR soon.”
