“Focusing on organizational development and design, consulting and communication, organisational culture was truly enlightening and empowering. Thank you for Academy to Innovate HR. It brought back my past transcultural, complex project and people related experience, work and learnings and I loved new aspects of the topics. Many Case Studies ensured application of the theory and a package of a Capstone Exam is shining as a Cherry on top, providing valuable Certification. The program fostered a rich learning environment where I could explore real-world challenges and solutions.
