“Pleasant experience and insightful videos. Although up to 20+ minutes felt sometimes a bit long. I enjoyed the organization design and culture modules the most. The communication module I felt was not as reliant on best practice and science. More case studies, of successful and unsuccessful implementations, would have also been interesting to learn more about.”

“Overall a great course. I wish that their were more questions on the quizzes so you could know you really understood and retained the content. I also think it would be helpful to have some review of major objectives and learnings at the end since their are so many varied topics from start to finish. However the course provided some great introductory concepts to OD and helped source where you may want to dive in more deeply.”
