“As a relatively junior OD practitioner, I've done a lot 'everyday work' without a top/structured view of this subject matter. This program helped me to establish an excellent overview of OD. Much more than that, I've also learned a lot best practices (with super useful tools) and even pioneer ideas of how to do OD. After completing this program, I feel much more confident (than just knowing how to do everyday tasks) that I'm an OD professional.”
