“AIHR's Org Development program has been pivotal in helping me enter this industry. Coming from a background in experiential team development, I wanted to have a larger system-wide impact through my work. The OD cert program solidified previous knowledge (with new language), introduced helpful frameworks, and provided examples of those frameworks in action to make them come to life. The sequencing of the content allowed for my knowledge to be built in an intentional way. I'm excited to be able to use these new skills going forward!”
