“Good theories & case studies. If the lessons are more interactive then it'd be better. Sometimes lecturers make me feel like I'm listening to a robot, most of the time I read the scripts because it's much faster & better. Maybe it's just different learner styles.”

“The course was straightforward to follow, and it offered a wealth of supplementary resources. My only critique would be the process of downloading each individual course material, which was somewhat time-consuming and occasionally challenging to align with the corresponding learning module. Would be good if these was in a larger zip file and well labelled.”
