I read his book Breath and it changed my thinking or should I say non-thinking about breathing, and I’ve been on a mission since then. I was so excited when I found this course and I have not been disappointed thus far.

I have been experimenting with breathing, but I didn’t realize the thought behind it until I started watching this program. Now I’m able to wrap my brain around it and realize that it does me good.

It great that James is promoting breathing. It would be nice if he spoke about the breathing technique that changed his life, that in his book, he called the SKY Breath Meditation Technique by the Art of Living Foundation.

After reading James Nestor’s book Breath, I was inspired to take his BBC Maestro course The Power of Your Breath — and I’m so glad I did. Both the book and the course are absolutely fascinating, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in improving their health, performance, or overall well-being. The BBC course is packed with practical breathing techniques, clearly explained and easy to incorporate into daily life. There’s a wide variety to choose from, so you can experiment and find what works best for your own needs.
