“I purchased James Nestor's book and found the content incredible. However, I was too afraid to do some of the exercises only based on written description. So the book was just sitting on my shelf... until I discovered this BBC Maestro course. I knew I had to subscribe and go through the content.
I loved the guided exercises, I loved how he put the viewer at ease (what we will feel or might feel). I also loved the live music that goes with it. And of course the various breathing protocols that are luckily also captured in the course notes.
