“Revelatory. There is so much guidance through the 'art' of breathing. Tons of information and guidance, yet it allows one to really concentrate on the parts that will help each person relative to their daily life experience. For me it's all so helpful and informative. Of course there are parts that I try and focus on more than others so as to integrate awareness to my breath on a more and more consistent part of my organism and daily thoughts and movementds.”

“Breathing exercises (Pranayama) should be a daily practice for everyone, along with meditation and exercise. I am half-way through this course and I still haven't heard VOMax or pulmonary capacity mentioned, which is kind of strange. They both are influenced by the level of cardio training, not just by height. I wish the teacher stressed that exercise is the single most important habit one could have. Without it, all the breathing exercises in the world will not make us live longer.”

“Fascinating. James draws attention to areas of breathing not considered perviously. Suggestons for improving breathing work surprisingly quickly and over time.”
