“I've never been a mouth breather, and I've had a seated breath-meditation practice for years but James Nestor's book, "Breath" still changed my life, and this course is exceptional for the quality of information it conveys. The tip of the tongue should be placed on the roof of the mouth or palette when breathing through the mouth because it aids in the flow of Chi or pranna or breath energy. One has to train one's tongue to rest on the palette but it is beneficial.”
