I absolutely love The Power of Your Breath. Lot's of exercises and very well explained, also with a bit of humor. The guy behind the piano is definitely a great assset! I wanted to buy a very expensive course to become a breathcoach, but now I have all that I want to know. Great value!

I can't express enough how much I enjoyed this course. To say it has completely changed my approach to breathing is an understatement. I have lowered my blood pressure, calmed myself down and seem to have a much more focused approach to life generally. I'm hooked. I do hope these reviews are passed on to James Nestor. worth signing up for the year just for this course.

I've never been a mouth breather, and I've had a seated breath-meditation practice for years but James Nestor's book, "Breath" still changed my life, and this course is exceptional for the quality of information it conveys. The tip of the tongue should be placed on the roof of the mouth or palette when breathing through the mouth because it aids in the flow of Chi or pranna or breath energy. One has to train one's tongue to rest on the palette but it is beneficial.
