“I'm a retired GP. I've read both Tim Spector's recent books and listen regularly to the Zoe podcast. The course was informative but mainly reinforced what I already know. There was little there to change what I do already. I didn't like theintroduction, he didn't seem very fluent and it rambled on a bit, but everything became more focused as he went through individual topics. My 4 stars represents the likely value to other people including my middle aged children.”
