“I enjoyed it as a refresher but I didn’t learn anything new. I was hoping for more information about gut health and weight loss. Much of the information in the course is already available to anyone very literate in food and dietary trends and research.”

“This was a great course in common sense. It gets you really analysing how you are actually eating and makes see what you a bringing into your home that you may think is nutritious, but is not, due to the 'health halo'. Definitely a worth while course to take.”
