Very helpful, clear, scientific research backed recommendations, and advice. Speaker also had an enjoyable voice, nice cadence, and delivery.

Tim Spector is always so clear and makes it very easy to understand the science behind eating well and why it is so important to our health.

I am familiar with Tim Spector's work at ZOE, but I learned some new facts about healthy eating in this course. I like his 80/20 principle (although I aim for 90/10) because we all have times where we cannot eat healthy, or choose not to, i.e., on a vacation. Tim has a very practical approach to healthy eating that anyone can adopt. The only thing I would like to see added to this course is time stamps at the bottom of each video so you can scroll to topics of interest. I really appreciated the course notes so I can refer back to them.
