I thought this course was excellent. My husband and I began to follow this eating method and I noticed our skin was much clearer. My tummy felt much more comfortable almost immediately. I had been experiencing bloated feelings and gas for a while and it was getting worse. We both now have more energy, sleep well and feel so much better. Still taking it slowly but surely adding new good food to our diet and letting go of old habits. Thank you BBC Maestro and Tim for a wonderful informative and helpful course.
