“I am only half way through the course, so it might well get better. At the moment I'm finding it very repetitive and little real advice other than creating a routine and controlling exposure to different levels of light at different times of day. Exercise and food have been mentioned. I'm sorry if I'm doing the course an injustice. Two courses I thought were brilliant are Blueprint for Healthy Living and Tim Spector's food course.
