I have a lot of trouble getting a good night sleep, I am pleased that I found this course because I can work towards a better night sleep without feeling stress with the amount of information that I am getting.

Ms. Romiszewski list three major factors that contribute to a good sleep. I have started to apply these recommendations, and I am already experiencing the benefits of following this advice. She also dispels a number of myths about sleeping, which were helpful.

Weakest of your pieces. Lots of repetitive waffle. Little by way of evidenced advice. Poor.

I am only half way through the course, so it might well get better. At the moment I'm finding it very repetitive and little real advice other than creating a routine and controlling exposure to different levels of light at different times of day. Exercise and food have been mentioned. I'm sorry if I'm doing the course an injustice. Two courses I thought were brilliant are Blueprint for Healthy Living and Tim Spector's food course.
