“This course is a waste of time and money. All the advice can be summarised in 10 minutes and there’s no need to drag it out for hours. I have a sleep disorder, and bought this course to help me, but it didn’t address chronic sleep issues. The course is aimed for someone who experiences bad sleep from time to time or just curious about sleep, but this is a really stupid way to organise the course because only people with chronic sleep issues like me are going to spend their time and money on a course about sleep. Normal people don’t care about sleep and aren’t going to invest in a course like this. Emily’s answers to chronic sleep issues were always to “talk to your doctor” which is unhelpful. Most doctors don’t know how to treat sleep problems. If they did, I wouldn’t be purchasing this course. The whole community dedicated to sleep issues is basically about telling people to consult someone else. A doctor will redirect you to a therapist, a therapist will redirect you to a doctor and so on. This course does the exact same thing. I’m so sick of it. Don’t make a course about sleep if you’re just going to tell people to see a doctor.”

“Not sure useful for a chronic insomnic but for those struuggling with sleep and can push through at the gym, I'm sure it's fine.
As a life long poor sleeper I could once push through as Stephanie suggests, but as I get older I constantly struggle. Life is very hard. Having tried everything that's out there, there is nowhere else to go.
Why do people suggest I try lavender?? Also they say you look well. All meant well I guess.”
