“There was some good content, and Stephanie is clearly an expert in the field. However, I found the input frustratingly repetitive, with a lot of time and effort spent in dismissal of less important factors. There was good content, but I struggled to be patient enough to get to it. The photography appeared to be a much higher priority than a tight script. I've encountered Stephanie's input elsewhere, and that was much better. I haven't completed the course, and am very glad I didn't pay for it as a stand alone course.”

“Stephanie has a very calm and engaging demeaour. The sessions are just the right length and the course notes are extremely useful to jog your memory about course content. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is experiencing sleep issues or worried about all the data that comes out of their wearable devices, which can impact mental health. “quite a nuanced one. But If you are wide awake, around bedtime. You need to read for an hour or an hour and a half. This will tire you. Its on you to do this. This wont work if your wired and tired. Due to lots of bad sleep. But if you are genuinly awake. Its the best activity, for me”
