Still in the early lessons but already so useful. I knew about sleep ‘hacks’ but this is something altogether different, reassuring and helpful.

I've been obsessing about sleep for so long it feels like its own neurosis now. I just canceled a free trial on a sleep app that was driving me to distraction analyzing everything and I'm not even sure it was correct. To hell with that. I'm really enjoying your humane approach. Thank you so much.

I am finding the course extremely helpful , it is helping me understand sleep and what is helpful for getting good sleep , its also helping me deal with the anxiety I have felt over the last year since my sleep pattern started to changed , which I understand now was adding to the insomnia. I am half way through the course and only started it a couple of days ago , I have slept really well for the last couple of nights since starting the course and I think my whole attitude to sleep has changed since starting the course , im more relaxed about sleep now, thankyou Stephanie .
