“We had the first version of Fireboard for many years. It actually still works great, but some of the probes have worn out and some sun-over-time damage made the direct display difficult to read. We retired that one from outdoor duties (still good for our indoor cooks!) and purchased a new model. The Fireboard 2 is a serious upgrade! The display is large and easy to read, even from a distance. We can almost read it without coming outside at all! All 6 channels are on the same screen which is a huge QoL bonus. The 1st model has to cycle through them all and you only see one at a time. We are very pleased and are looking forward to the many, many future cooks through which this Fireboard 2 will guide us.”

“Still works perfect. I've done 213 cooks in the 4 years I had it. It is still good for a 20 hour cook if fully charged. Only concern is that the battery will not stay charged when not in use (happens to all of us as we age). Love the APP and the Website for logging my sessions. It has helped me improve my food quality/taste immensely. They offer a wide variety of probes for specific needs. JUST BUY IT!”
