“My original FireBoard had quit holding a charge among other things. Had it for a long time. Looked at a bunch of options. Maybe find something “less expensive”.
The reality is that there really any other options. Purchased the FireBoard 2. First cook, chicken thighs. Had an issue connecting to my phone, but no problem with my I pad. Worked beautifully. Held temps perfectly. Thinking that had I purchased something else, I would still ended up with the FireBoard 2. I own a BGE that’s 30 years old.”
“I purchased this to use on my kamado type grill and gravity feed smoker. It works very well. The interface is easy to use and intuitive. Setting up programs and sessions is simple. The built in battery is a great feature. However I feel the price is expensive when compared to other options of equal quality and utility. That part aside though it is a nice produc5”

“I enthusiastically waited for the arrival of my fireboard 2 controller and fan , only to find out that the included adapter plate do not match my Kamado joe big Joe IIII !!! Disappointed that the out of the box set up doesn't include a very common size in the lineup of the grill .
Tired to contact customer service and still waiting after more than 10 days to even hear back from them.
