“A very thick sauce that's loaded with peppers. They're not the hottest, but the sauce is pepper dominant so I'd say the 5/10 heat rating is accurate. The smoke is all from the chipotle peppers so it's definitely present but not overloaded like the name might suggest. Perfect for any Mexican cuisine!”

“I like my sauce on the hotter side, so my medium is my wife's superhot. With that said, I like the flavor and heat level with this one. It's perfect for when I just want a bit of heat and not an oral takeover. It's a bit thick and reminds me of pouring ketchup from a glass bottle, but the taste makes up for it. I ordered some more Dawson's stuff from the Hot Hot and Hottest to see what those are like.”

“I have tried 2 to 3 dozen hot sauces and this is my favorite one on this website! It is so smoky and it's a perfect level of heat. It is so versatile too. Pizza, with mayo, chicken, burgers, fries. I haven't found anything it doesn't go well with. I LOVE THIS HOT SAUCE!”

“This is the best hot sauce I have ever had in my life. The smoke flavor is unbelievable. It goes sooooo well on wings or in creamy soups or chili. I am one my third bottle since I got it and I think this will be a mainstay in my cabinet for the rest of my life!”
