It has a nice, thick texture and a good smokiness which pairs well with eggs or meat.

This is full on smoke flavor with a good heat to it that stays with you for a long while. It's kicky without being overly hot and won't overpower food that you add it to or top.

I ordered this along with the Dawson's 'Original Hot' and 'Garlic Jalapeno'. This was by far my favorite. Perfect level of spice, mouth-watering aroma, and awesome taste. This is my go-to hot sauce at the moment. Although it can be difficult to get the right amount out of the bottle at times as the sauce is fairly chunky.

This hot sauce has flavor but lemme tell you it has heat! Reminds me a lot of the middle eastern hot sauce z'hug, but with a more americanized flavor. The smokiness comes through very well and is great on meat.

This sauce is very thick and has a smell similar to a barbecue sauce. You definitely get the onion and garlic flavor and the nice smoke flavor lingers. It is a little sweet but not overpowering and not overpowered by vinegar. The heat is a medium heat. Can't wait to slather this on a grilled pork chop.

This sauce is fantastic. It has a really different kind of heat from most sauces IÕve tried. ItÕs not overwhelmingly sharp and spicy up front, when you first take a bite; instead itÕs a sweet and smoky heat. But afterward it has a lingering mellow burn to it thatÕs more intense than the initial taste would let on. ItÕs awesome on leftovers.
