“The flavor of this sauce is probably the best I have had in awhile. The ingredients mix well together and taste good on almost anything. The only issue is the sauce is a little on the thicker side but I don't mind it that much.”

“This hot sauce is 100% my favorite one that I've ordered on this site so far! I LOVE it on a burger, with fries, on chicken wings.. it's so versatile and so delish. I actually like that it's a little thicker than most of the sauces here. The smokey chipotle flavors with a mild-medium heat is literally perfect for every day use.”

“I love the smokey flavors. Only issue is the sauce is thicker than my ass after a night of taco bell. Man if it was a little thinner. Like 1/20 thinner so I could get it out the bottle. I would refer this sauce to everyone. The flavor is great! I give it a 10/10 for taste but a 3 of 10 for usability.”

“I was hopeful for this sauce but it didn't really do it for me. It has a almost pepper tomato flavor and is less sweet and more tangy. The balance of ingredients doesn't serve it justice, I would suggest using this with maybe Thai food or something that will bring the sauce to the top of the palate, otherwise not my favorite.”

“I’ve had both the big smoke and the original hot and I love them both so much I went back and ordered the heatonist #1 ghost pepper sauce. The big smoke is the perfect ingredient to add to my beef jerky recipe. It gives a big Smokey flavor that goes perfect with pretty much everything you throw on the grill. It’s also really good with eggs or breakfast burritos. Mild to medium heat but the flavor is what makes this a 5 star hot sauce.”

“I'm a fan of chili flavour, and this sauce delivers that. For me, this sauce is a replacement for the Fiery Chipotle (RIP), as it has a good amount of rich chipotle flavour and smokeyness in it. There is one component of this sauce though, which bothers me a bit and makes it less cravable to me, but still just about as enjoyable as any other hot sauce that I use. This component is the tomato flavour. As tomato paste is being used instead of tomatoes, I was unsure before I tasted it, if the tomato flavour would be too strong and not fit with the pepper flavour. After I tasted it, I found out, that I was right. It is too intense in order to add to the pepper flavour and the smokyness in a good way, overtoning in general. Nevertheless, I can enjoy the high quality and the medium heat level of this sauce.”

“Big Smoke comes across to me as a stable, straight–shooting sauce with a smooth, smoky profile. There is no overwhelming chipotle hit which is frequently present in many other similarly marketed sauces, nor does it taste like someone simply mixed red sauce with liquid smoke. I am impressed with the simple, consistent taste and have already begun dabbing it on everything I can find that could use a little extra layer to the flavor!”
