“The flavor of this sauce is very good. The spice level is not so high as to be painful, but there is some fire to go with all of the smoke. My biggest issue is pourability. I have had enough trouble getting the sauce to come out of the bottle that I added a bit of EVOO to thin it out. Flavor - 5 out of 5 Heat - Medium Loses a star for pourability.”
