“I don’t know if it’s just the bottle I got but this sauce was REALLY thick. Like even snacking the back of the bottle, my friend and I had a hard time getting it out. Doesn’t affect my rating but just didn’t expect that! I LOVE smoked flavors so I’m biased. I loved this sauce but wish it was a tad smokier. My friend pointed out that it almost has a marinara aspect to it which I agree with and not in a bad way! Would go really well on pizza or mixed into a chili for sure. Nice level of spice too but the flavor is the star. Highly recommend!”

“Nice amount of heat without going overboard. Really lives up to its "big smoke" name. Has an almost inherent savory taste to it, seems destined for meats especially ribs, perhaps a burger.”

“I purchased three sauces around 4-5/10 on the heat scale. Out of the three this was the hottest (but still manageable) and best tasting. I used it in a homemade bbq sauce to give it a nice smoky kick. This has also gone really well mixed in with scrambled eggs and as a condiment on burgers. Really wish it came in a slightly bigger bottle. This sauces is simply amazing. If you are hesitant to order it, don't be.”
