I was quite excited about testing this sauce... but despite the interesting ingredients I felt no major emotion, sensation or specific surprise from a sauce that, for me, has no relief or personality. One beautiful exemple of well labeled and marketed product lacking of fulfilled promises.

This sauce is very flavourful! I'm also a big fan of it's texture as it comes out in clumps which makes it easy to apply to food. I was surprised by how spicy this sauce was. It is nowhere near mild nor medium. This sauce makes my nose leak every time but I think that makes it even better!

This sauce is hotter than I expected and maybe it is the turmeric that is too much for me. The sauce is thick, chunky, and the heat is immediate. I would put it at a 5/10 - more of a Medium sauce than a Mild. It has a strong carrot flavor and reminds me of RedHot more than anything else. I do like it, but I haven't found the right food for it yet. I think this sauce might be best for cooking or marinating only.
