It's the perfect amount of spicy for me and has savoury and fermented flavour, not overwhelming to change your food's flavour, but enough to fill your taste buds with that missing goodness. “I’m not a big fan of upfront vinegar based sauces unless it’s breakfast. Great flavorful sauce after the vinegar punch. Would definitely recommend trying.”

“Really good hot sauce. More or less a pretty straight forward take on a habanero-carrot sauce. It is thick and a bit chunky. Right now my favorite uses are on eggs and chicken.”

“Super good flavor, heat will kick in right away but not be too overbearing. The burn will be quick but not get any worse than the initial blast of hot! Great on Mexican food, chicken, also makes a great pork marinade”

“It has a peasant heat, sometimes a 3 sometimes a 4. It does a nice job of adding some chunky texture to the food. Great with breakfast sausages, morningstar patties, and pizza.”

“It is a watery sauce, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. The flavor is ok and the spice is ok. Oddly enough I used this a lot with tuna salad and it complements pickles well, but out of the sauces we got this was the last to get used and our least favorite at the time.”

“Great hot sauce. Love the flavor. It is hotter than what I am used to but when I am in the mood for something with more of a kick I grab this. So glad to support a black owned business that makes a great product!”
