Simply not a fan. Not spicy and almost no flavor. Maybe I had gotten a bad batch but none the less I do not recommend. The hot sauces has good color and a fantastic aroma which is why I think I was so disappointed.

Quite the sauce! This was amazing on a breakfast burrito I made and it gave it a nice subtle kick. I used it everyday for a week on my eggs in the morning and it was perfect. One of my favorite sauces.

This sauce was surprisingly sweet while bringing a hell of a lot of enjoyable heat to it. Caught me off-guard with how sweet it was, but that is a good thing. Very very good sauce, can't wait to use it on eggs.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the heat level of this one since I was expecting something on the lower end of the scale. It's a decent flavor, not exactly unique or anything to separate it from the pack. I just keep coming back to the rated heat and wonder why it's so low. Out of the season 11 lineup, this one burned almost as much as Stargazer and definitely more than everything below that. It's not a bad sauce at all and pairs well with salsas, but be wary of it's potency

It is hotter than advertised, but has a sweet taste and nice burn. Excellent on eggs and sandwiches.

I need to preface this review by saying that I have never been one to seek out heat when it comes to food. My ideal, go-to, hot sauce is Louisiana Hot Sauce. Yes, start laughing at me. I have recently been getting into the Hot Ones show, so I've been looking to 'broaden my horizons' and climb the ladder a bit. So what I began to seek out was a Louisiana or Tapatio style, with a bit more kick. I typically make eggs every morning, and put those type of sauces on them. After reading some reviews, it seemed as though this Fiji Fire was perfect for breakfast foods, and low enough on the heat level that it wouldn't kill me. Unfortunately, this one missed 'my' mark. It's more of a chunky salsa consistency as opposed to the more liquid style that I enjoy with Louisiana, or Tapatio. I also thought the flavor didn't mesh well with my egg burrito style breakfast. To me it has a very sweet flavor that starts off the experience, and didn't seem to jive with my choice of foods. (I've tried it on other foods now and can't find a match that I like.) Regarding heat, I don't have much experience in various SHU levels. I thought that it did get quite warm, but not overbearing. A good heat signature that stays with you a bit, but doesn't ruin the meal because of heat. (again I'm a rookie.) I gave it 3 stars primarily due to texture and flavor. It certainly wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I thought it would be. But I'm glad to have kicked off the journey!

Great heat. Excellent flavor. Everyone at work loved this sauce the most out of my 5 bottles from heatonist.

To me, its just no unique enough imo. It does have a good burn that I enjoy. It just sits on the tongue for a good 2-3 min. I would give it a 4 for heat as a 3 seems a little underrated. I enjoy this on my chicken wings. It is a good sauce but I will probably not be ordering again just because it wasn't different enough. I have about 20 sauces in the fridge and another 20 more to be opened. Its just not "special" enough for me. It defiantly isn't a bad sauce. I wasn't disappointed at all.
