BEST SAUCE EVER!!!!!!!! Spicy with excellent flavor added to everything you use it on. I even use it to add to beef jerky marinade.

I would say this is a well balanced sauce between flavor and heat. Nothing really jumped out at me. It almost tastes like paprika smells. I think it would definitely hold its own on whatever you choose to put it on.

Just about a do it all sauce. I'll be ordering more of it. So unique and absolutely banging heat to fruit complexity. Its incredible on pork or even pulled pork. We love it!

Fiji fire is a great stepping stone sauce for going from beginner to intermediate. It's not going to erode the lining of your mouth, but it's no lightweight either. Gives you a decent burn without being overwhelming. Only negative I have is the slightly bitter vegetal pepper taste, which I've commonly found in peppers residong in the mil+ area of the scoville scale. Other than that, highly recommend. I put mine on chicken chili!

I know batches can differ and you can't always be sure how spicy a crop of peppers will be, but this sauce is spicier than some rated 5/10. I still love it! The carrots add sweetness, a little earthiness. It really warms the whole mouth. Great with eggs and chicken thus far.

Bit spicier than I was expecting, but overall had good flavor. Used it with my morning egg whites and rice bowls for lunch.
