“I hate to say it, but I was really disappointed with this one. I was hoping that the Bongo peppers would bring some sort of difference of flavor to the overall sauce that would transport me to the island of Fiji. Something unique and different and a flavor that I couldn't find anywhere else. What I got, though, was a "pretty good pepper sauce." And, that's about it. I didn't feel there was anything about this sauce that I couldn't find in dozens of other straightforward pepper sauces from this site or even from just my grocery store shelf. Did it taste just fine? Sure. For that, I would possibly give it 4 stars because it does do its job as a hot sauce. But if I wanted just a "run of the mill" pepper sauce, I wouldn't be going out of my way to buy something that says it's from Fiji. I guess it's like, well, I don't buy Fiji water either, because it tastes like what comes through my filter right out of my tap. Same idea.”

“I love this Fiji Fire. I use it on fish, beef, eggs... it just adds the perfect flavor to every dish. I’m not a super hot sauce kinda person but, this is just really really good.”

“Happy to be the first on this site to purchase and write a review for this sauce. I'm not a hot sauce connoisseur but I definitely have aspirations; this is a great sauce. Deeply smoky and rich. Nice sting. Good for newbies like myself!”
