“A great super hot sauce. Not something I would use a lot of or use all the time. But definitely a good super hot for occasion use. Great slow kick heat as is typical of scorpion sauces, but does have the acidic overly peppery taste many others have.”

“This is hot with a decent flavor profile but it came across as a bit bitter to me. I've made a couple of my own Scorpion pepper sauces and this one captures the nature of the pepper, but misses something in the balance other Hot Ones sauces do a better job with. The sauce is thick so it's easy to do a dab with. It went better with more robust flavors like beef and pork though it was okay with chicken. The Eye of the Scorpion will definitely bring the heat to everything you put it on.”

“I love the unique bit this delivers to the center of my tongue. It’s a very sharp sting. However, I prefer a bit less heat so I can enjoy a sauces flavor. This sting it to much and overwhelms the sauces flavors.”

“The more I use this sauce the better it gets. It’s my favorite on a pork chop sandwich!! Keep your eye on it… it can go quickly. That way you can reorder and always have it on hand.”
