I bought this specifically for spicing up my spaghetti sauces. It has tomato, olive, caper, onion, garlic, ... which makes it a perfect match for Italian type food. The taste is great. My one remark is that this is really not a 7/10. I mean, 'Thor's hammer' is a 7/10 too, but way, way hotter than this cabernet reaper. That's not a criticism about this sauce, just something to be aware of when you are buying this.

We love the Hell Fire Detroit sauces! We enjoyed the kick of heat and thought this sauce had exception flavor. The heat never compromised the flavor! So far had 2 of the Hell Fire sauces and they have what it takes!

Great flavor combo. Versatile and able to be used on lots of dishes. My only complaint is that it's just a tad too spicy! Have a hard time using enough to taste it without getting overwhelmed with numbing spice. Maybe I'm just a pansy ;)

Love this sauce! Surprisingly, the hint of red wine compliments the heat of the sauce! Nicely done!

This is my go-to option for anything tomato-based. Soups, sauces, etc. I like a good medium heat and this one feels hotter to me than my other medium sauces so a little goes far. But the complex red wine flavor is amazing.

Not super hot, but in keeping with Hell Fire’s full line the flavor is out of this world. Easy to go heavy with and really enjoy the taste.
