I’m in love with this sauce. Finally a great flavoured sauce with heat. Love it!

This sauce has fantastic flavor to go with the heat. It blends perfectly with so many foods. So far our two favorites are with chicken and rice or ribs. I even used some on my egg and potatoes this morning and was very surprised how well it paired. You can’t go wrong with this sauce. I don’t think it’s as spicy as advertised but still a very nice kick.

It tastes like spicy wine, which is what it's supposed to do. I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to put this on. Will probably end up using the whole bottle in my next batch of meat sauce and see how that turns out.

I appreciate the effort made with this sauce. My July sub box sat in triple digits heat (Las Vegas) which could have compromised my sauces. This was like a glorified “pico del gallo” made with wine.

As soon as I opened the bottle and smelled this sauce I knew I was in for a treat. The wine and fire roasted peppers make it smell unbelievably delicious. Using you taste not just those components but some sweet flavors from the onion and tomato, and brinyness from the olives and capers comes through too. I'll admit it wasn't as hot as I had expected, it's got a little kick but it fades fast. Looking forward to topping just about everything with this stuff.

Just the right amount of heat. Very rich flavors. Using the red wine as a vinegar base for the sauce is genius. My favorite source yet. Great job Hell Fire Detroit!

Upon smell, your mouth will salivate. This hot sauce is definitely HOOTTT however, I love it because it is a Huge mouth burn without upsetting my stomach— which means I can enjoy more instead of small doses only. The flavor decent although not unique, but tasty enough to enjoy on anything. Also, the consistency is loose so shake it up and easy on the pour!

Honestly, I'm finding that the habanero pepper is my favorite pepper to be used in hot sauces, and this is no different. I'll put this in my chili and it'll have a delectable flavor and taste without making the process of eating unbearable. To me, it's a sweet heat, which puts it on the top of my list of favorite sauces I've tried thus far.
