“All the flavors you expect from reading the ingredients are there - red wine, bell pepper, capers, reapers. But sometimes you want something to taste like more than the sum of its parts. This kind of comes across like you just threw all that stuff in a blender and called it hot sauce. I'm also not a huge fan of HFD's salsa-like consistency. I've tried it with brisket and meatloaf, both were fine but this wouldn't be my first choice for either. Might be good for kicking up spaghetti sauce?”

“The flavor of this hot sauce is great! It has a smooth consistency with a great kick. The heat starts at first taste and rounds out nicely across the tongue. Less dangerous than the Hell Fire Detroit :).”

“I’ve tried this and the bourbon Hell Fire Detroit sauce from their boozy lime and they are both amazing! The Cabernet flavor comes through just right. It’s complex and delicious!”
