It is a very basic and very spicy hot sauce, but the more I used it, the more I enjoyed the simplicity of it. Went great on a chicken cutlet.

Just the right amount of heat with great flavor. It pairs well with BBQ. The onion adds just the right amount of flavor. The smoke flavor adds to the BBQ making it that much better.

Not as spicy as you’d thing, but much more tangy than you might suspect. Everything I put this on makes me wish I had a gallon of it. I can detect the wood smoke, but not so much the onions. I love it!

Butterfly Bakery finds its stride. As where their Taco Vibes will kick your butt, and their Ghost Verde Pickle can be a little on the too-mild side, the Smoked Onion has a great balance of flavor with a little more kick. While I’d only rate it a 3/10 (at most), the sweet, smoky taste makes it really good on a variety of dishes.

Smoked onion flavor is strong; great with anything beefy (shredded beef, burgers, French onion soup). Has a spicy ketchup vibe, despite the absence of tomatoes (red jalapenos?). Slightly sweet.

Just a great, oniony/smokey sauce that is good with just about anything! I use it on eggs/chicken/beef dips, chicken wings, etc. This product is good enough that it is currently a permanent member of my hot sauce shelf! 10/10 flavor

Reminds me of marinara sauce but with a minor spiciness to it.
