“This may have being allright 2/10 sauce, but it's not even close to 5/10, and general flavour and texture is lacking imo. Unfortunately, this is not even close to my liking, leaving infused olive oil for pizza as a preferred variant.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! Sichuan Gold is definitely a milder sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. “So far, I have only used this in a spicy dumpling soup and this gave the soup a good flavor. I plan on making some fried rice and trying it on that. Just to taste it, it's good with the heat coming in later.”

“It used to be hot. It’s not too much anymore. But the flavor is incredible. It tastes like pizza with an umami flavor. Use it to cook broccoli, on eggs, pizza, on top of soups. I had to send my extra bottles home with friends when they visited, they couldn’t get enough of it.”

“This is unique in our hot sauce collection. It smells wonderful and is absolutely delicious in soup and on noodles and stir-fry. It's not too spicy but has a pleasant sting.”
